Go Back to Respect's Movie Reviews

Arguably, the best critic on the Internet. If you love good criticism, visit Berardinelli's webpage! Reviews are updated constantly, and he usually gets to view sneak previews of films before they are released to the public. For not getting any compensation for what he does, he is one of the most talented writers I've read.
Simply the most informative and innovative page dedicated to films. Considered by most to be the largest collection of movie knowledge anywhere available to the public, this site is free and has more information on virtually every film ever made than you will need. If you are writing a college paper, this is the place for you. If you are just an avid fan of a certain film, this is the place for you. If you are writing a review, and need to know what actor played which character, this is the place for you. In one word: incredible!
A collection of professional critics on the Internet, of which I was once included, this site contains a compilation of reviews from a vast variety of films. Links to the individual critic's homepage and e-mail address are included. It may be the easiest way to find a wide range of opinions collected onto one single page!
This is the official Roger Ebert website, which contains all his reviews that are printed in the Chicago Sun-Times and several other items. His archive dates back to 1985, and it seems that almost every film shown between 1985 and the present has been reviewed. Technically not an Internet critic, he's one of the best you will find around, and this is the easiest way to find his opinions.
An extremely fascinating site that focuses on films. Reviews are updated occasionally, but the writing is top-notch. The site includes Hollywood gossip, insiders information, and box office receipts (most often where I retrieve my information from).
Contains a vast amount of information regarding the weekly box office receipts, this site is specifically designed for that information. However, it does contain links to the official websites of the films themselves, and it also contains a unique feature: a "Rewind" section which lists a specific weekend's results from a few years back, usually relating to the current box office receipts. Also contains links to a critic who is very good at what he does.

A fellow member of the Online Film Critics Society, Mr. Brown's site contains a lot of information, but more importantly, well-crafted criticism. Since movie sites are literally popping up everywhere, this one sets itself apart by being very straight-forward and simple in its design. Nothing is very confusing at all.
